This code requires that Members maintain the highest professional standards, conduct their businesses ethically and promote good recruitment practices.

We are also a founder signatory to the BSIA / REC Code of Ethics. The Code was produced in collaboration with a number of recruitment agents, the British Security Industry Association (BSIA) and the REC.

The Code of Ethics for Recruitment Organisations Supplying Security Personnel is designed to raise and maintain a high standard of recruitment practice within the sector.
