Are you an experienced investigator and people manager, looking for a senior loss prevention role in a fast-paced organisation? If so, our client, an International Retailer is seeking your services to deal with all aspects of loss prevention, within the North WestIn this role, you will be: Managing and supporting a team of Area Loss Prevention Managers; Overseeing the stock-audit programme and the investigation and resolution of discrepancies; Ensuring the Protection and minimising loss of assets, personnel and cash; Advising and training store and regional Management; Investigating incidents of loss and internal dishonesty; Monitoring physical & electronic security systems; Conducting security audits and managing security incidents.  
Requirements
You will have experience in a similar role in a retail environment and will have developed excellent team management, investigation and analytical skills. In addition, you may have previous investigative experience within industry or a Police Force. With good influencing, organisation and time management skills you will be able to prioritise a very demanding workload. This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding concern.

£40,000 - £45,000 Basic (OTE £48K - £53K)
