If so, our client, an expanding International Retailer seeks your services as a Loss Prevention Manager to ensure the execution of the loss prevention strategy is delivered across Europe (Holland, Germany, France, Italy, Belgium, Poland, Denmark).As part of the senior management team, you will manage a team of Regional Loss Prevention Managers, who are based in a number of countries across Europe. You will ensure the protection of company assets by the identification and management of external and internal risks. You will liaise with all levels of management and stakeholders across the business, assess and address the risk of loss and prioritise high risk areas. You will oversee investigations of crime, fraud and breach of procedure and the development and implementation of training programmes. You will review and make recommendations on company policy, procedure and guidelines. You will present regularly at senior management meetings, highlighting areas of loss and risk and actions to mitigate future risk.
You will have strong leadership, management and motivational skills with experience of leading loss prevention teams in a multisite retail environment, across multiple countries. You will have professional working proficiency / fluency in the English language. You will be rewarded with an excellent remuneration package, with the potential for development as the company and department expands.
