Are you a Senior Loss Prevention Manager who is experienced in dealing with third party supplier management, physical security, external threat and business continuity Nationally? If so, our client, an International retailer, seeks your services to deliver an effective and efficient service to stores, head office and DCs.In this National role, you will build and maintain a network of experts to support critical business controls, enabling threat and incident management and managing the costs associated with all loss prevention and security equipment. You will communicate with and influence all levels of stakeholders and, working with the Loss Prevention team, you will actively contribute to identifying and minimising risk of loss and developing and delivering the loss prevention strategy. Providing expert advice, building and maintaining efficient and effective relationships with third party suppliers and management of crisis and business continuity planning. Handling all escalated security issues, collating statistics, responding to trends, compiling reports and adapting action plans accordingly. Conducting investigations, training, managing budgets and specifying & monitoring the effectiveness of equipment and monitoring incidents.
You will have previous experience in a similar Senior Retail Loss Prevention role; managing physical and electronic security, third party providers, crisis management and business continuity planning. You will be a good communicator, presenter and influencer, with the ability to inspire others, have strong planning and organisational skills and have a flexible approach to travel and overnight stays.
