Expanding Luxury Retailer seeks a Loss Prevention Manager to set up all aspects of Loss Prevention in its flagship store in Central London. You will be hands on, conducting surveillance on the shop floor, stockroom and studio as well as utilizing the CCTV system to identify and apprehend or deter external or internal theft. Thereafter, you will prepare prompt and complete reports regarding theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations and audits. With the management and development of the in-house and contract security officers, you will ensure all security related procedures are carried out and relationships are developed and maintained with all store personnel, other retailers and external companies. You will conduct store self-audits, checklists, and safety inspections, and communicate findings to the store Leadership team, partnering with them in the development and execution of shrinkage prevention plans. By attending store briefings and conducting new hire trainings you will continue to raise awareness of Loss Prevention.
