Divisional Loss Prevention Manager : SP3700

Expanding Retailer seeks a Divisional Loss Prevention Manager to ensure the execution of the loss prevention strategy is delivered across the Southern half of the UK. As part of the senior management team, you will manage a team of Area Loss Prevention Managers, protecting company assets by identifying and managing external and internal risks, and liaise with all levels of management and stakeholders across the business. You will prioritise high risk areas and assess and address the risk of loss. Conducting and overseeing investigations of crime, fraud and breach of procedure, developing and implementing training programmes and making recommendations on company policy, procedure and guidelines. In order to highlight areas of loss and risk and actions to mitigate future risk, you will present regularly at senior management meetings. You will cover a large geographical area and will travel extensively, working unsocial hours, with overnight stays, as required.
