Expanding Luxury Retailer has an exciting new position for an experienced Loss Prevention professional to set up and control all aspects of Loss Prevention in its flagship store in Central London. You will need to be both hands on and strategic in your approach, conducting surveillance on the shop floor, stockroom and studio as well as utilizing the CCTV system to identify and apprehend or deter external or internal theft. Prepare prompt and complete reports regarding theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations and audits. Manage the in house and contract security officers and ensure all security related procedures are carried out. Develop and maintain relationships with all store personnel and network with other retailers and external companies. Conduct store self-audits, checklists, and safety inspections, and communicate findings to the store Leadership team. Partner with the store and Management in the development and execution of shrinkage prevention plans. Raise Loss Prevention awareness by attending store briefings and conducting new hire trainings.
If you have experience of working in a similar role within the luxury retail sector, have a high attention to detail, excellent communication skills, together with good leadership and influencing skills, this is an excellent opportunity which has the potential to grow as the company expands.
