Loss Prevention Analyst – West MidlandsWe are seeking an experienced Loss Prevention Analyst to join a dynamic Loss Prevention Department. You will support the team in understanding loss and the cause of loss through detailed analysis, trend reporting, data mining, investigation and proactive engagement with relevant functions in the business. Maintaining an investigations database and providing exception based reporting. Supporting the improvement of gross profit to meet the company's goals through daily monitoring, rectification and process improvements. Identifying methods that prove known lost sales opportunities and putting on place actions and processes that provide opportunity to recoup sales. Reporting to all levels of the business and liaison with security suppliers and overall accountability for ensuring the function provides accurate and factual data to any area of the business that requires the information.
