Regional Compliance Auditor : SP3689

Are you an experienced Compliance Auditor, who is looking to join a growing company and team that will value and reward your contribution? If so, our client, an expanding retail organisation, is seeking your services to advise and support branches within the Surrey / Berks / Middx / West & South London area. As part of a cohesive national team, you will be responsible for providing the business with an independent assurance of operational, legal and procedural compliance in respect of management of stock and cash, Health and Safety and Inventory verification. You will ensure compliance to general controls & procedures, to safety standards and ensure that management stock takes are accurate: Conducting investigations into poor stock results and identifying instances of theft & fraud. Identifying areas of risk, highlighting any weaknesses in controls, making recommendations and formulating action plans. Conducting and presenting at training sessions for Managers.

£29,150 - £30,800 OTE (incl. 10% Bonus p.a. paid quarterly)
