Expanding Retailer seeks a Regional Loss Prevention Manager to deal with all aspects of loss prevention at stores within the West Midlands. You will be involved in minimising losses and protecting assets, personnel and cash. Advising Managers on Security issues and investigating incidents stock loss and internal dishonesty. Training and supporting store personnel and monitoring of physical & electronic security systems. Conducting compliance audits and managing security incidents.  
Requirements
You will have experience in a Retail Security / Loss Prevention role and have excellent analytical and investigation skills, developed in a Police / RMP or Commercial environment, with very good influencing and communication skills. You will be a career minded Loss Prevention Manager / Investigator with a strong work ethic and the ability to organise and prioritise a very demanding workload.This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing department and team. Role will involve extensive travel and working unsocial hours.

c£35000 - £40000 (c£43,000 - £48,000 OTE)
