Our client, a leader in the hospitality sector, is seeking an experienced Regional Loss Prevention professional, based in the South West of England. You will provide a supportive service, offering advice to both internal and external customers on loss prevention including physical security, till data, stock losses and retail standards. As a valued member of the team you will build strong internal and external relationships, effectively influencing and negotiating, to ensure compliance. You will analyse & interpret data and intelligence gathered from monitoring software and conduct investigations into breaches of procedure and contractual agreement, facilitating the recovery of monies and meeting individual and team targets. You will complete audits and checks, discussing discrepancies and variances and compiling plans; collaborating with Divisional Directors and Regional Managers to proactively manage non-compliance and reduce loss.
If you have experience of Loss Prevention within a fast paced commercial environment, preferably Retail, Hospitality or Leisure, and are able to work under pressure and deliver results, othis could be the next role for you.
