Expanding Retailer seeks a Fraud Analyst to analyse, detect and prevent fraudulent activity in a multi channel environment. You will review and analyse online transactions to identify fraudulent activity and liaise with Customer Service. You will review decisions on orders, increase sales opportunities and analyse store transactions using data mining to identify fraud or compliance issues. Using data intelligence to identify and analyse risk, you will review and propose solutions to improve processes. You will review chargeback transactions and respond to bank and Police requests and assist with investigations into fraudulent activity. In addition, you will liaise with suppliers regarding services and providing business with regular updates on fraud. REF: SP3674.
