Our client, a dynamic premium brand retailer, seeks a retail professional, with Loss Prevention experience, to provide a safe and secure environment, at their flagship Central London Store, whilst providing an excellent level of customer service to internal and external customers. You will be involved in minimising shrinkage by: Investigating incidents of stock loss and ensuring compliance to loss prevention procedures. Effectively deterring theft, monitoring security equipment, conducting till & inventory checks and dealing with incidents. Submitting accurate reports and witness statements to management and Police. Monitoring security, safety and fire risks and tactfully conducting searches, in the store. Enthusiastically delivering training to staff to increase awareness of Loss Prevention policies and procedures.
If you have in retail loss prevention, are able to demonstrate a very high standard of customer service and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing Loss Prevention department within a progressive retailer.
